Out now: First Alvium camera series models
The first series models of the Alvium camera series powered by ALVIUM® Technology from Allied Vision are available. Allied Vision starts the camera series with the release of three 1500 series models with a MIPI CSI-2 interface and one 1800 series model with USB3 Vision interface. To coincide with the launch of the release, the new production facility, specially designed and built for Alvium production, was inaugurated in Stadtroda on June 21st. Debut of NVIDIA-Powered CoaXPress Embedded Vision Solution
BitFlow, Inc. underscored its commitment to embedded vision by demonstrating a high-speed CoaXPress-NVIDIA® embedded imaging system at the recent Laser World of Photonics Show in Munich, Germany.
This Small Form Factor (SFF) solution was engineered with lower hardware requirements so it can reside in compact devices or be integrated directly into a larger mechanical or electrical system, all while minimizing space, cost and energy consumption.

JAI adds 4 more microscopy cameras offering enhanced suppression of dust/FODs
JAI has announced the availability of four new 3-CMOS prism color cameras designed for use in microscopy-based systems where maximum control of dust, lint, and other foreign object debris particles (FODs) in the optical path is critical.
The new Apex Series AP-3200T-USB-LSX is a 3.2-megapixel, 38.3 fps camera featuring three prism-mounted Sony IMX265 CMOS imagers. The AP-1600T-USB-LSX is a 1.6-megapixel camera with three IMX273 CMOS imagers and a full-resolution frame rate of 79 fps. Adds 3rd Gen Sony Pregius IMX429 and IMX428 CMOS to Triton Camera Series
LUCID Vision Labs announced the addition of the 3rd generation Sony Pregius 2.8 MP and 7.1 MP global shutter CMOS image sensors to its Triton GigE Vision camera series.
Featuring the Sony IMX429 and IMX428 sensors, the new 2.8 MP and 7.1 MP Triton camera models have now entered series production. The larger 4.5 μm pixel size offers a high saturation capacity of 25,000e-, low read noise of 2.5e- and a wider dynamic range of 76 dB compared to the 2nd generation Sony Pregius sensors, enabling a superior image acquisition under low light conditions.
