In his current role as Managing Director of the international think tank Re-Define Sony advises key policymakers in the EU and in emerging economies. He also runs Court Jesters, a boutique consultancy that specialises in tackling groupthink in corporate boards and investment committees.

In addition, he is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on the Future of Asset Management and Insurance. Part of his current work focuses on the future of technology and its interplay with productivity and future of labour.

In his keynote Sony takes the challenge to look at Europe’s economical development under the actually volatile conditions. The UK declares Brexit giving example for other regions and states within Europe strengthening separation trends. And across the Atlantic the Trump administration introduces a new style of leading the United States.
