Founded in 2004, Alkeria started developing machine vision cameras for OEM custom projects: the expertise gained through custom projects, has contributed to the creation of an entire line of standard products. Our camera product line has evolved over the years: when it was time to adopt a new standard interface among our cameras, we decided to introduce USB3 as a common interface.
Thanks to its performance and ease of use, USB3 has been chosen as the best solution for Alkeria products, in order to offer powerful, ready out of the box cameras with a widespread and easy-to-use interface.
In addition, Alkeria’s team developed the dual-USB3 interface as a common interface for its high-end products, to be used in high demanding applications, where fast acquisition speed and high resolution are required.
Alkeria takes care of every aspect of its cameras: from the electronic boards and mechanical design to the software and firmware development, all products are entirely manufactured in Italy in Alkeria’s labs, using the most updated technologies and components.
